Refund & Return Policy

At BoostMHE, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns on opened or used health supplements for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@boostmhe.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damage.


5. Return Shipping

To return your product:

  • Please email us at support@boostmhe.com for return instructions.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
